How to place a notice about the payment?
If you made a deposit via Skrill ewallet, but the funds were not credited to your FXOpen account, please use the payment notification form.
Note! If you have chosen a credit/debit card as a deposit method, be sure to notify FXOpen about the payment.
Select Add Funds → Electronic Payments → Skrill in the Client Portal, and then click the notification form link.
Fill in the form with your deposit details and click Notice.
* Each Skrill transaction is given a unique transaction ID, which is shown on the 'Transactions' tab. There in the transaction details you will also find the date and status of the transaction.
How to check the transaction status?
Click your Main account number on the left of the Client Portal.
The transaction status is shown on the Account Operations/History tab. You can download a PDF file with the transaction details or view them by clicking Details link.
Note! Pending transactions can be canceled by the user.
