Notice about payment via Volet
How to place a notice about the payment?
If you made a deposit via Volet, but the funds were not credited to your FXOpen account, please use the payment notification form.
Select Help → Missing funds → Volet in the Client Portal.
Fill in the form and click Send notice.
To get the Transaction ID, log in to your Volet account and look through the history of transactions.
How to check the transaction status
On the main page, in the History section, select the desired operation. The operation status will be displayed in the Status column.
