Notice about Payment via Rapipago

How to place a notice about the payment?

If you made a deposit via Rapipago, but the funds were not credited to your FXOpen account, please use the payment notification form.

  1. Select Add Funds → Rapipago in the Client Portal and then click the notification form link.

  2. Fill in the form and click Notice.

    The Transaction ID is indicated on the payment voucher you used to make a deposit.

How to check the transaction status

Click your eWallet number on the left of the Client Portal.

The transaction status is shown on the Account Operations/History tab.
