Notice about payment via Neteller
How to place a notice about the payment?
If you made a deposit via Neteller, but the funds were not credited to your FXOpen account, please use the payment notification form.
Select Add Funds → Electronic Payments → Neteller in the Client Portal, and then click the notification form link.
Fill in the form with your deposit details and click Notice.
* Each Neteller transaction is given a unique transaction ID, which is shown the Neteller transaction history.
How to check the transaction status
Click your Main account number on the left of the Client Portal.
The transaction status is shown on the Account Operations/History tab. You can download a PDF file with the transaction details or view them by clicking Details link.
Note! Pending transactions can be canceled by the user.
