Notice about payment via AdvCash
How to place a notice about the payment?
If you made a deposit via AdvCash, but the funds were not credited to your FXOpen account, please use the payment notification form.
Select Add Funds → Electronic payments → AdvCash in the Client Portal and then click the notification form link.
Fill in the form and click Notice.
To get the Transaction ID, log in to your AdvCash account and look through the history of transactions.
How to check the transaction status
Click your Main account number on the left of the Client Portal.
The transaction status is shown on the Account Operations/History tab.
