Notice about payment via Airtm

How to place a notice about the payment?

If you made a deposit via Airtm, but the funds were not credited to your FXOpen account, please use the payment notification form.

  1. Select Add Funds → Electronic payments → Airtm in the Client Portal, and then click the notification form link.

  2. Fill in the form and click Notice.

    The Airtm account is your email registered with Airtm used to log in to your Airtm account.

How to check the transaction status

Click your eWallet number on the left of the Client Portal.

The transaction status is shown on the Account Operations/History tab.

The detailed information on the transaction (including Transaction ID and Purchase ID) can be found on the Activity tab of your Airtm account.
