Confirmation of withdrawals
Withdrawals from Main account are confirmed in 2 steps:
PIN code. You fill in the withdrawal form and confirm the action with your PIN code.
Security code. You'll be prompted to confirm the withdrawal with a security code.

| For some payment options, you'll be prompted to confirm the withdrawal with a security code sent to your email or generated in the Google Authenticator app.

Preferred withdrawal confirmation method
If you activated multiple security identities, you can select your preferred withdrawal confirmation method.
How to select your preferred withdrawal confirmation method
1. In Settings/Profile → Authentication Methods, under Withdraw, turn on your preferred security identity.
2. Confirm the action with a security code depending on your selected identity.
'Email' identity selected as preferred for withdrawal confirmation- SMS: Enter the code sent to your phone.
- Google Authenticator: Enter the one-time code generated in the Google Authenticator app.
- Email: Enter the code sent to your email.
- Backup Code: Enter the backup code you previously generated in the Client Portal.
Note: If you set multiple security identities as preferred, you'll be able to choose the verification method every time you withdraw funds.
How to confirm withdrawals
The withdrawal confirmation process will differ slightly depending on whether you have activated / selected as preferred one or more security identities.
One security identity
- How to withdraw funds if:
- You selected one preferred identity for withdrawal confirmation.
or
- You haven't selected preferred identities and you are prompted to confirm the withdrawal via email or Google Authenticator (one of the two).
1. Fill in the withdrawal form and confirm the action with your PIN code.
2. Enter a security code.
- SMS codes: Enter the code sent to your phone.
- One-Time code (Google Authenticator): Enter the one-time code generated in the Google Authenticator app.
- Email: Enter the code sent to your email.
- Backup codes: Enter the backup code you previously generated in the Client Portal.
3. Click Verify.
Multiple security identities
How to withdraw funds if:
- You selected multiple preferred identities for withdrawal confirmation.
or
- You haven't selected preferred identities and you are prompted to confirm the withdrawal via email or Google Authenticator.
1. Fill in the withdrawal form and confirm the action with your PIN code.
2. Select the verification method.
- SMS codes: Click , and then enter the code sent to your phone.
- Google Authenticator: Click , and then enter the one-time code generated in the Google Authenticator app.
- Email: Click , and then enter the code sent to your email.
- Backup codes: Click , and then enter the backup code you previously generated in the Client Portal.
3. Click Verify.
