Backup codes are unique security codes generated in the Client Portal .

To activate backup codes

1. Click Enable in the Backup Code section of Settings/Profile → Authentication Methods.

   

2. Enter your PIN code, and then click Verify.

   

3. Print out the list of codes and keep it in a safe place.

   Important:  Do not use one of the saved codes to confirm transactions. You will need it in case you want to deactivate backup codes.

   

To deactivate backup codes

1. Click  Disable in the Backup Code section of Settings/Profile →  Authentication Methods.

2. Enter a backup code, and then click Verify.
