Main account сlosure request

                             

The option is available only for users of the new Client Portal  my-new.fxopen.com

      To close the Main Account, you need to create a request to Close the Main Account in the Client Portal: Profile -> Security and access -> Account management -> Close account.

      Your request will be processed by FXOpen staff within 24 hours (if your request was created on Friday, it will be processed on Monday. Saturday and Sunday are weekends.

     If a Main Account closure request is initiated, your account will be flagged as Closing.

The balances of your Main, Trading and Investment accounts will be checked. To close, the balance of the Main account must be positive or zero. If there are no funds in the accounts or they were settled before the closing request was made, your Main account will be deleted along with all related data: email, personal data, documents and transaction history.  

Please note, closing the Main Account results in permanent deletion of all data.
