FAQ: Account Opening

  1. 1. How to register Main account with FXOpen?

  2. Follow the instructions on how to register your Main account.

  3. 2. How to open a trading account?

  4. Select Add Account > Account type in the Client Portal and fill in the registration form.
  5. 3. I type the numbers of the Anti-spam code correctly, but the following message appears "An error has occurred at validation of Anti-spam code".

  6. Enter the new code carefully. If this does not work, then you are using a connection through a proxy server. Contact your system administrator and ask him to change the proxy cache settings.

  7. 4. How many accounts can I open?

  8. You can open only one Main account with FXOpen and up to 10 trading accounts of each type.

  9. Yes. The agent get the commission charged from each separate trading account used for trading by the referral including investment accounts used for PAMM.

  10. 6. How do I change my account registration information (e-mail address, name, phone number, address, etc.)?

  11. Please submit a ticket and indicate the details you want to change. Provide your FXOpen Main account number and attach the new scans of the same or another ID document. We'll update your account details within 24 hours.

  12. 7. How to reactivate inactive trading accounts?

  13. If you do not access your trading account by 'logging on' via the trading platform using your account number and password and/or there are no deposits to/withdrawals from the trading account for any period of 90 days, then after those 90 days the account is deemed 'Inactive' and is placed to archive.

    Inactive account can be re-activated upon request, under condition of the full repayment of the debt (if any) to the Company. Re-activation Fee is $50.00. Also, a maintenance fee of $10.00 is charged for each month of keeping your account operation history in archive. 

    The funds on the inactive account can be returned only via the account reactivation procedure and payment of debts (reactivation fee + maintenance fee). Otherwise, the account balance will be annulled.

    Note that you may open new trading accounts regardless of inactive accounts.
