Trading accounts: how to add

Opening a trading account in the Client Portal


To open a trading account:

  1. Log in to the Client Portal.

  2. In the Trading accounts menu, activate Trading accounts tab and click +Add an account.

        


   3.  Select Account type, Account base currency and Leverage. 


 
  and click Continue.
 
4.   You will see your trading account details including: login, trader password, and server address. Please save it.   

5.  Users of Client Portal can also independently add a new phone number, as well as a contact email address to receive useful newsletters and notifications.

To do this, go to the Profile section at the top of the menu. At the bottom of the page, in the Contact details section, make the appropriate changes.



Please note: To change information such as your first name, last name, address, and the email used to log in to the portal, the procedure remains the same. Please submit a request to the customer support team, attaching valid documents.

Opening a trading account in FXOpen app

1.  Open the FXOpen app and select Trading -> Trading accounts tab.


2.  At the bottom of the page, select +Add an account.



3. Then select Account type, Account base currency and Leverage. Click Continue.
