STP - General Overview

STP (Straight Through Processing), as ECN technology gives you direct access to the Forex market (interbank market) where you can trade with other traders and your orders are actually displayed in the market and are seen by others, who in turn can introduce their own orders and if the prices match, a deal is complete.

In STP accounts the broker's trading commission is included into the spread. STP spreads are variable and depend on the buy and sell orders available in FXOpen ECN. Each order is executed on the real market. The minimum transaction size is as low as 0.01 lot with the minimum "step" of 0.01 lot.

STP accounts offer a wide selection of tradable financial instruments (50 currency pairs + Gold, Silver). There are no limitations on the use of automated trading, expert advisors and strategies including scalping and hedging.
