How to place a notice about the payment?

If you made a deposit via WebMoney, but the funds were not credited to your FXOpen account, please use the payment notification form.

  1. Select Add Funds → WebMoney in the Client Portal, and then click the notification form link.

  2. Fill in the form and click Notice.

    The Security Code field is mandatory only if you assigned the code when transferring the funds from a WebMoney account. Such payment can be accepted by a receiver who knows the security code.

How to check the transaction status

Click your Main account number on the left of the Client Portal.

The transaction status is shown on the Account Operations/History tab.
