Notice about payment via Online Banking (POLi)
If you made a deposit via WebMoney, but the funds were not credited to your FXOpen account, please use the payment notification form.
Select Add Funds → Instant Bank Transfers → Online Banking in My FXOpen, and then click the notification link.
Fill in the form and click Notice.
How to check the transaction status
Click your Main account number on the left of My FXOpen.
The transaction status is shown on the Account Operations/History tab.
