To make a deposit via Instant Bank Transfers:

1. Select Add Funds → Instant Bank Transfers in the Client Portal. Users of our new Client Portal need to select Instant Bank Transfer in Main section → Fund.

2. Select:

   • country (Thailand);
   • deposit currency (THB);
   • payment method (Online Banking, P2P, QR code)*.
     *The list of available methods may differ.
     

   Click Next.

   

3. Fill in the form:

   • To: Select the account to which you want to make a deposit (Main account or a trading account).
   • Currency: For Main account, select the currency pocket.
   • Amount: Enter the deposit amount (min THB 400.00).
     The deposit commission will differ depending on the chosen payment method. 
   • Deposit currency: Select the deposit currency (THB).

   Click Add Funds.

   

4. Follow the payment instructions depending on the payment method:

   • Online Banking: select your bank from the list, log in the bank service and make a transaction.
   • P2P: enter your bank account and select the bank from the list, log in Bank Online (application) and transfer money (within 15 minutes) using the recipient information.
   • QR code: transfer money to PromptPay QR account: use QR with the bank's mobile app to complete your payment (within 15 minutes). You can use any bank that is connected to the PromptPay system.
     Do not exceed the time allotted for the payment in order not to start the deposit from the very beginning.

If your deposit is successfully completed, the funds will be instantly transferred to your FXOpen account, irrespective of the payment method.
