Available to clients of FXOpen AU only.

Log in to the Client Portal.

1. Click Add Funds → Electronic Payments → Neteller.

2. Fill in the form:

   • To: Select the account to which you want to make a deposit (Main account or a trading account).
   • Currency: Select the account currency.
   • Amount: Enter the deposit amount (min. 3.00; max. 57,000) and currency (AUD, EUR, GBP, USD).
   • Bank: Select your bank from the list.
   • Neteller email: email address used to register your Neteller account.

   Click Add Funds.

   

   
   

   Current transaction fees are available on the Fees page. The send money fee is 3.9% + USD 0.29*.

   
   * Note! The 4.9% + USD 0.29 commission is charged for the following countries, which are subject to a surcharge of 1%: Albania, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Chile, China (PR), Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Egypt, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Korea (South), Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania,  Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Republic of North Macedonia, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Taiwan (ROC), Thailand, Tunisia, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Vietnam.

3.  You will be redirected to the Neteller payment gateway.
   Sign in to your Neteller account to complete the payment. Click Log in.
   

   

4. Complete the payment following the instructions. If your deposit is successfully completed, the funds will be instantly transferred to your FXOpen account.

5. To view the payment details and/or its status, select your Main account number on the left of the Client Portal, and search the transaction in the Account Operations/History table.
