FXOpen introduces important changes for clients that use the following domains:

my.fxopenasia.com
my.fxopentrading.com

For faster connection and better user experience with FXOpen services, please open a new Main account.

How to open a new Main account and log in to the Client Portal

There are two ways to log in to these domains:

my.fxocnmarkets.com
my.fxopenasia.com
my.fxopentrading.com

1) Register a new account by completing the registration form

1. Open the Main account registration page:
   my.fxocnmarkets.com/Registration
   my.fxopenasia.com/Registration
   my.fxopentrading.com/Registration
2. Select the registration method:
   • Social profile. Click the icon of the social profile.
     
     
     
     
   • Email and password.
     - Enter your email, mobile phone number (optional), and anti-spam code.
     - Enter your password or use the password generated automatically, and then click Register.
     
3. Important: Save the PIN code for your new FXOpen Main account. The PIN code will be shown only once.
4. To log in to the Client Portal click Login.
   

2)  Log in via FXOpen authorization

1. Open the Login page:
   my.fxocnmarkets.com
   my.fxopenasia.com
   my.fxopentrading.com
2. On the Login page, under Log in with, click .
3. Log in to old-my.fxocnmarkets.com.
4. Check your email address, and then click Next.
5. Enter your first and last name if required, and then click Next.
6. Important: Save the PIN code for your new FXOpen Main account. The PIN code will be shown only once.
7. To log in to the Client Portal, click Login.

Verification of your new FXOpen Main account

The verification status will be automatically synchronized with the old Main account.

If your old account was not verified, verify your new account in your personal area. 

How to transfer funds to your new FXOpen Main account

To transfer funds from the old Main account to the new one:

1. Log in to old-my.fxocnmarkets.com.
2. In the menu, select Transfer → External Transfer (ASIA). 
   
   
3. In the From list, select Main account.
4. Enter the amount you want to transfer and select the currency.
5. In the To field, enter your new Main account number.
6. You can add a comment to the payment if needed.
7. Confirm the transfer in 2 steps:
   • PIN code: Enter the PIN code for Main account, and then click Verify.
   • Security code: Enter the security code, and then click Verify. Learn more about how to confirm transfers with a security code.
8. Click Confirm.

   Our Finance Department will process your request within 48 hours. Transfer requests placed on weekends will be processed on Monday.

How to access your old FXOpen account

You can access your old FXOpen account here:

• In other Client Portals, EXCEPT for the following:
