Open a trading account

Live account

If you are not registered with FXOpen, open a live account first.

To open a MT4 trading account, log in to the Client Portal, select Add Account > Trading Accounts > MetaTrader 4, select the account type and fill in the account opening form:

For users of our new Client Portal select Accounts > Trading accounts tab > Add an account.  Then choose  MT4.

1. Accept the terms of the agreement by selecting 'I agree'.
2. Select the account currency and leverage.
3. If you were introduced to FXOpen, enter the agent account number (optional).
4. Account details will be displayed on the screen and sent to your email. Make sure to save them in a safe place.

Log in to a trading account

To log in to a trading account in the MetaTrader 4 desktop terminal:

1. On the File menu, click Login to Trade Account.
2. In the Login window, enter the login and trader password and select the server.
3. The Save account information option allows you to save your account details.
